The Jon Ossoff campaign made a rousing stop in Brunswick on Friday,
August 14. Senator Ossoff spoke of the close relationship he and Mayor
Cosby Johnson have had in bringing critical support to Glynn County, and
of the role Georgia plays as a Swing State in our Federal Elections.
Mr. Ossoff emphasized the importance of voting in the November
Election as the start of Americans re-claiming and protecting America,
while ensuring that our government works for the betterment of all
Americans, rather than just the wealthy, or an enriched Donald Trump.
He stressed that the most important thing Democrats can do locally is to
volunteer to canvas and make phone calls to voters. As a state-wide
effort the Democratic Party of Georgia calls this “Ground Game
